Twitter is by and large a superficial place where I get my news headlines, read amusing bon mots, and become vaguely familiar with celebrities. The Dalai Lama also tweets, though, and provides actual ideas and concepts to think about during the day. I didn't realize the 140-character format was so good for meditations, but...
